Any mission statement will contain language on how that company is going to provide the best products at the highest levels of customer service.  But that should not be anything special.  That level of service and professionalism is going to be delivered by any experienced professional insurance agent.

So the question is "What makes Zacherl Insurance Group different from other insurance agencies?".  It is the relationship we develop with each one of our clients.  We are amazed by how many times we hear things such as "If my agent walked through the door right now I would not recognize him or her","My agent faxed over my renewal paperwork with a 40% rate increase", or "The agent mailed me plans from four different companies and then ask me which one I wanted".  Our clients know who we are and what we look like.

It may sound cliché but we look at our clients as more than just clients.  We know that the recommendations we make affect good, honest, and hard working people and these people are someone's parent, brother, sister, son, or daughter.  That is why we take the time to understand our clients.  So we can provide them the insurance product that is going to be there in their time of need.
